I know how frustrating computer problems can be. I spent over 17 years in the computer repair industry before becoming a full-time web developer. While my normal paycheck is no longer generated by removing viruses, upgrading hard drives, or fixing printer jams, I still like to help a select few with their computer woes.

I use a tool called TeamViewer to remotely control computers in the troubleshooting and (hopefully) repair phases. In order to do this, I need you to download a slimmed down version of the application and give me your TeamViewer ID.
